This site participates in the GetYourGuide affiliate program. When you book a tour after clicking a link or widget on this site, I may earn a commission; you pay exactly the same amount as if you had booked directly through GetYourGuide.
In practice
The business cards, buttons, and availability widgets on this site link to GetYourGuide, an online travel agency, with a partner ID that attributes the booking to this site. This is what funds the hosting, photos, and the time I spend verifying schedules. Outbound links are marked as such in the page code.
What doesn’t change
The order in which I present the options does not depend on the commission. Ratings and the number of reviews come from GetYourGuide and are copied as-is: that’s why I publish a 4.4 rating just as much as a 4.9, with the explanation that goes with it, as in my review of the half-day tour from Dijon. When a product has no reviews, I state it: see lunch at La Table de Léonce.
No prices on this site
You won’t find any amounts here, neither for tours, nor for château admission, nor for a bottle. Prices vary by date, season, and domaine; the current rate is displayed in the booking widget and at the château’s ticket office. Publishing a fixed price would mean publishing false information a few weeks later.
Independence
I am neither the château, nor the Confrérie, nor a tour operator, and no operator reviews these pages before publication. My method is described on about and applied on the reviews page. A question? Write to me.

No. The amount displayed in the widget is GetYourGuide’s price; the commission is deducted from their margin, not added to your booking. You can compare options with no obligation on all tours.
Does the commission influence your recommendations?
No, and it’s verifiable: I publish low ratings with their explanations, I flag options with no reviews, and I regularly recommend visiting the château on your own, which earns me nothing—see opening hours and tickets.
