What I can do
- Help you choose between two options when my pages do not decide for you.
- Correct outdated information: schedules, meeting points, itinerary of a tour.
- Answer questions about the route, parking, the train station, or the time to allow.
- Report a missing page if the question comes up often enough.
What I cannot do
I am neither the château nor an operator, so:
- Book for you. Reservations are made through GetYourGuide, either via the widgets on this site or directly on their website.
- Modify or cancel a reservation. Use your booking confirmation: it includes the reference number and the operator’s contact details. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before for most options.
- Provide information about private events at the château — Confrérie chapters, weddings, corporate events, or room privatization. For this, call the château at +33 3 80 62 86 09 or visit the official website. They can also tell you if a room will be closed on the day of your visit, which mostly happens on Saturdays.
- Tell you the price of a ticket, a meal, or a bottle. These figures are not listed anywhere on this site, and I do not provide them by email either: they can be found where they are up to date.

No. I cannot see any reservations: they are made through GetYourGuide. Your confirmation includes the booking reference number and the operator’s contact details, and cancellation is free up to 24 hours before for most of the options described in my reviews.
